What percentage of southerns owned slaves in 1860?

In 1860, the South had a population of 8,000,000 of whites and free blacks (200,000) of which:

6,100,000 owned no slaves,

1,400,000 owned from 1 to 10 slaves,

300,000 owned from 11 to 20 slaves,

200,000 owned more than 20 slaves.
