speed control, or cruise control? speed control is supposed to be the basic rule, which is you traveling safely within the speed of traffic. but officers have been trying to get more money so they have been pulling people over that are in access of the speed limit around 10 to 15 mph, that's if you are going 55 or 65mpg, anyway.
