How do you defrost your 1.5kg chicken?

Leave it wrapped and defrost in the refrigerator. Or, put it, unwrapped, in a pot large enough

to hold it. Put the pan with the chicken in it, into the sink. Fill with cool water and run cool water over it until thawed. Cook immediately after thawing is complete.
