What does that mean if the guy you like shows signs that he likes you in the first term but only stares in the next term and this happens all over again in the next year?

tough situation... but I'll say it depends on the signs that he gives you. If he stares at you all the time than he might really likes but if he stares just randomly and not all the time than he might not likes you...Good Luck(:
