2. Measure your progress - Yup - daily!
You wouldn't want to get into a weight loss program without a scale, right? It's useless to stretch NOT having a clue if you are improving. Get an Exercise mat for sit & reach body flexibility test. Watching your progress will get you inspired to reach further!
