Were children educated in 1750s

children learnt in the 1850s by going to school or getting tutored

They would only be small schools with up to 60 children unless they lived i a big town

in a not so populated area parents would'nt have time to tutor their kids so a tutor would come and teach them for a day for as little as 10c and then stay over for the night.
