How does santas elves make toys?

Santa makes loads of toys all diffrent kinds of them toy train all that can be home made... ...but what about that doll he gave you last year you saw the same one in toy's r us it's hard to explain that one. And he uses the same wraping paper as your mom well me i still wonder>>>:)
