What is the difference with a Medical Doctor and an Osteopath?

Medical doctors, or M.D., students take the USMLE exam while Osteopathic doctors, or O.D., take the COMLEX exam. Most physicians hold the Doctor of Medicine degree while osteopath doctors hold the Doctor of Osteopath Medicine degree.
