If a lesbian has sex with a male than the answer is yes. But it is unlikely unless they are trying to hide their sexuality or are forced to have sex. In either case this is very problematic.

If a lesbian doesn't mind having sex with a male in order to get pregnant because they want a natural birth, than this may not be problematic neither if all parties are ok with the process.
