Internal conflict for the lucky one?

In "The Lucky One," the internal conflict could be the main character struggling with Survivor's guilt and feeling unworthy of the good fortune they've experienced compared to others who were not as lucky. They might question if they truly deserve the blessings in their life or if they should have done more to help those who were less fortunate.
