What is the defeniton of cultural diversity?

This is esteeming other people's way of thinking due to their cultural background as important. I had to hearn this as a chaplain because so many people coming into the hospital were from different countries. Remember, however, that tolerance in this area is one thing. But when someone tells you yours doesn't matter anymore, but theirs is the one that counts, that is where diversity is wrong. The same holds true for Christians. If someone wants to be tolerant of other religions, that is one thing. But when people tell you that you have to convert to their religion to be so called tolerant, then God's law comes into effect, not man's.
