How do you round percentages?

like for example, to find a percentage you can multiply the decimal by the whole number you want to do divide out of. like this: 45 of 525. add decimal and then multiply.: .45 x 525= 236.25, well you have 236. and something left over, you round to the hundredths so, if the number after the decimal is over 5 u make the number before it go up, like this: 236.88= 237, and like this case, 236.25, its below 5 so it is 236%!
