Can a Muslim use mouth wash when fasting?

Technically yes because you are not taking any thing inside to control your hunger, But if you are taking with an intention that your mouth has to be fesh from the bad smell comming during the fast it is un acceptable. reason being this smell is not from the mouth but from the stomuch and Allah love this smell and it is preffered such people.
