In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and Hydro Cannon are powerful moves that can be taught to their respective starter Pokémon (Torterra, Charizard, and Swampert) after reaching a specific level. These moves can be learned when the Pokémon reaches level 50, provided they have already learned their basic type moves. To teach these moves, simply level up the Pokémon until they reach the required level, and then select the move during their level-up options. The moves will replace a standard move in the Pokémon's move set.
