What form is used to apply for a CPN?

There is actually a fair amount of information to be aware of when looking into obtaining or using a CPN. I recommend that you learn everything you can before starting these processes. I purchased two e-books. One from CPN headquarters was shorter, and in my opinion, easier to understand. It gave step by step information about how one may obtain a CPN number, and then what may be done with it once you have it established. NOTE: I bought these e-books AFTER I had purchased a CPN from a different company. The books showed me that I got totally scammed, and you can get a CPN issued to you for free. DON'T PAY FOR A CPN!!!
