Who is the head of the connecticut's government?

The head of Connecticut's government is the Governor. As of my last update, the current Governor is Ned Lamont, a member of the Democratic Party, who took office on January 9, 2019. The Governor is responsible for overseeing the state's executive branch and implementing state laws.
