Where can you park your car when you are homeless and sleeping in your car?

Depends on where you live and what city ordinances are in effect. Depends on area such as near schools or businesses. Unfortunately there isn't a whole lot of places for homeless people to stay indefinitely, which is why they tend to move around a lot.
