Put an anti-bacterial cream on or near it (like neosporen, for example) to prevent further infection. If the infection is really bad, get a prescription for antibiotics. You could try to get the hair out of the skin. This can possibly be done by taking a hot bath or saoking the area in warm water. (Warm water opens up pores.) Steam is also really good for this. The hair could come out this way. Epsom salts may help, too. If it doesn't come out from being ingown, treat the infection. That is the problem, as ingrown hairs are common and don't alwasy cause much problem. Soon enough, the hair should come out on its own.
