There is no way of knowing for whom he voted, since voting is confidential. Sometimes, a famous person (like an athlete or a TV celebrity) will publicly announce his or her support for a candidate, but Dale Earnhardt Jr. has not done that. Some fan websites have claimed that Dale is a Republican (as are a majority of NASCAR fans), which may very well be true. It may also be true that he voted for Mitt Romney in 2012; but there is no way to know for certain unless Dale tells us.
