If you rear end someone in bumper to bumper traffic going no more than 5 miles per hour and there was no damage to either car can you be sued for bodily injury?
I would say yes. It doesnt matter how much damage was done to the cars. It is still considered an accident. Im sure it would get thrown out by a judge.
