What is the difference between a Bentley and Rolls-Royce?

Rolls Royce is owned by BMW Bentley is owned by VW a rolls Royce is actually a higher class car than a Bentley Bentley is more performance centered than Rolls in the past they where both the same company, therefore up to 2003 the cars are the same exept for the logo, and in some cases the head lights.
