How to unfreeze a zune mp player?

I had a Philips Mp3 player and I ALWAYS had trouble with it because it would alway freeze but somewhere around it there was a tiny Hole that only a needle or safety pin wound fit through it it had small letters that read (reset) and That's what I would do,, you push it (the needle / safety pin ) in you will feel you stop at a button so push it more until it turns off then turn it back on and problem solve :)
