Do girls like it when guys flirt with them?

I am a teen girl who loves when guys flirt with me because it makes me feel pretty to know that boys like me and are interested in me and think I'm cute but sometimes if the girl your trying to flirt with thinks does not like you that way she may get annoyed if you keep trying to flirt with her when she is obviously not interested but just because she plays hard to get does not necessarily mean she's not interested.
