What are the Easternmost pacific islands?

The Pacific Islands consist of 20,000 to 30,000 islands in the Pacific Ocean. These islands are grouped into three divisions consisting of Melanesia, Micronesia, and Polynesia. Polynesia is the largest of these zones and the most easternmost. Polynesia consists of the islands of Hawaii, Rotuma, the Midway Islands, the Samoan Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu, the Cook Islands, Wallis and Futuna, Tokelau, Niue, French Polynesia, and Easter Island.
