What is a squeeze?

Girl Scouts share the Friendship Squeeze, usually when in a Friendship Circle. One person starts the squeeze by gently squeezing the hand of the next person. Each person then squeezes the next until the Friendship Squeeze returns to the person who started the squeeze.

Some troops use the squeeze as a sharing time. A topic is chosen and, when you receive the squeeze, you may share something related to that topic before passing the squeeze on. Since it is a Friendship Squeeze, sharing is optional.
