HOW MANY CARBOHYDRATES IN SAUSAGE
It depends on the type or brand of sausage. Some sausages have added starch such as rusk or breadcrumbs to the sausage mixture, while others are mostly meat and contain little to no carbs.
If you make your own they have far less carbohydrate than store-bought ones.
They are so easy to make. I use a tasty recipe of my own for making sausages, or sausage patties, that has only 0.5 grams of carbohydrate per large serving. You can make large batches of these if you wish to and freeze them.
