Difficult question to answer. Do you have responsbility for driving any company vehicles, or is your job dependent on your being able to drive? Over and above that, unless your position is secured by some kind of contract or labor agreement your employer pretty much has the right to terminate you for any reason they see fit - ESPECIALLY - in so-called 'right-to-work' states.
