Feeling too tired to engage in conversation can be a sign of emotional or mental exhaustion, often linked to stress, anxiety, or burnout. It’s important to listen to your body and mind; if you consistently feel this way, it might be helpful to reflect on your overall well-being. Taking breaks and setting boundaries in social interactions is perfectly okay. If these feelings persist, consider speaking with a mental health professional for support.
