Is Tate Publishing a scam

There are (at least) two businesses called Tate Publishing. There is a defunct work-at-home company by that name about which there is little information available. There is also a Christian book publisher based in Mustang, Oklahoma, by the name Tate Publishing, LLC, and they are a legitimate business. They receive an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau, which is the best possible score.
