What is the different between fixed load and fixed time circuit training?

They are basically the same, they both are fixed loads of resistance which you must complete in a set time period. You have to do as many reps as you can until the clock stops. Plus in some cases, the trainers body weight can add to the load of resistance, Eg - push-ups and skipping.

However, fixed loads and fixed time circuits can usually cause rapid fatigue...
