How much money does a Potbelly's employee earn?

Associates make 8 dollars an hour in Illinois, at least. The option to be promoted to "Certified Trainer" is available soon after you're hired and you get a 25cent raise. I'm not sure about the compensation for Shift leaders and Managers, though.
