Use of hot water or steam to clean surface as long as they are of a type that can take these cleaning products, reduce areas where ducts can collect, monitor areas where condensation occurs for mould which can cause chest infection, use a good sanitary cleaner multi surface, wash bedding regularly, clean bathrooms frequencies, clean out kitchen waste bins daily or at least bi-daily, instil a wash hand policy before and after toilet use , wash hands before meals. Hot wash utencils especially those used in the preporation of meat products immediately after use
