An objective is a short term. "SMART" which stands for the following letters:- Specific : - to be specific is to be clear of the definition you wish to aim for. E.g. £20 a week you wish to save want to train. Measurable : - can the achievement be checked.
Achievable: - can afford to save a certain amount of money per week, without having to sacrifice not eating because you don't have the money and train for two times a week. Realistic : - Is it sensible to train if you can not afford it? Can you save £20 a week if your job does not pay you £20 a week? , and you will not be able to train two times a week if you have heart problems and can not afford it. Time Related - the objective should have a date set for your objective
