What is a judicaid?

Judicaid is a system which would provide legal services for indigent Americans. Like Medicaid, those who qualify could go to a participating attorney and the government would pay the legal fees. This would allow judicial access to the poor. This type of program is rare in the U.S. and no program has been established at the national level.
