Measurement of single bed

a single (twin size) bed is 39" wide and 75" long. (in the industry, it's known as a 3-3 (three feet three inches) a full is a 4-6 (four feet six inches wide; 75" long). A Queen is a 5-0 (five feet BUT 80" Long; a King is 6-6 and 80" long; California king is 6-0 and 80" long. I have been an interior designer for years.
