How did the mongoloids move to the Americas?

Mongoloids, or people of East Asian descent, are believed to have migrated to the Americas via the Bering Land Bridge, a land connection that existed between Siberia and Alaska during the last Ice Age, around 15,000 to 20,000 years ago. As the climate warmed and glaciers receded, these early humans followed herds of large game animals into North America. Over thousands of years, they spread southward throughout the continent, eventually populating various regions and developing diverse cultures.
