Does GM still make semi trucks?

No. They got out of that market quite some time ago. They stopped being a standalone manufacturer in 1988, from which point, they basically marketed Volvo trucks under the White-GMC nameplate until the mid 1990s. Then they got out of that market, although they did manufacture Class 7 and 8 versions of the Top Kick until 2009.
