What is the Roaring noise when I accelerate that comes from the front wheels in my 95 mercury mistique?

Check your wheel bearings. A common problem on these cars. Jack up 1 side of car at a time and try to move the tire by pushing in on the top of tire while pulling out on the bottom of tire. See if you feel movement from bearing being loose.
