What is the minimum age in order to create a Microsoft account?

You must be age 11 and over because people can send you emails with nasty comments and you might get a bit scared if they know your email address also because young children under 11 will probably do things that are not safe, not right and not secure because under 11's are not as sensible as over 11's. Even if young children know the rules of hotmail accounts they can still ignore the rules and stuff like that really.
