How much does a pole barn cost to build per square foot?

Most pole barns are between $15-25 per square foot for a finished building. Many factors will influence the costs such as doors, Windows, Overhang and Siding choices.

Pole barns are relatively cheaper than traditional stick built buildings because you are able to remove the cost of the concrete. Local concrete costs $5.5/ft2 poured.

We built a 40'x64' w 14' sidewalls for 37k. This was a very basic building but was very useable for machinery storage.
