Who directed the film Of Mice and Men?

The original "Of Mice And men" film released in 1939, starring Burgess Meredith and Betty Field was directed by Lewis Milestone.

The most recent and most popular, released on 2nd October 1992, starring John Malkovich and Gary Sinise, was directed by Gary Sinise (who played George in the film).

Both are based on the classic novel of the same name by John Steinbeck.
