At the present there is no federal law regarding cyberbullying. The Megan Meier Cyberbullying Prevention Act is pending in Congress and can be viewed on www.govtrack.us. This cite will send you emails when any action is taken on any bill.

At least a dozen states have passed legislation specifically dealing with cyberbullying. The best way to research this is to google the name of your state and the Word "cyberbullying" for details.

You could also look at "Teen Cyberbullying Investigated" published in January, 2010. Endorsed by Dr. Phil on April 8, 2010, this book includesthe states with current laws.
