How likely is it that a 13 year old who has not had her period to get pregnant?

Not having had a period is a so-so protection. A woman is most likely to become pregnant some days before the actual bleeding occurs, so if she's having regular sex(which she shouldn't at that age) she can very well get pregnant w/o ever having had a (visible) period first.
