How can I control my emotions at a funeral?

Except that whoever died their time was up...and if they were old especially. and have comfort in the fact that they had a good life were good to their family and friends and society...and if neither of the above are true..then they're not worth cryin over!

Usually, people that cant stop crying at a funeral or in general is because there are over run by emotions. sadness. when a person passes away its very sad because you wont see that person again. depending on you beliefs until you see them again in heaven etc.... your remembering the times and things you've shared together etc.. in which is very emotional.
