That was a commercial for DirecTV's Sunday Ticket NFL package back in the late 1990s.

Favre, along with Jerry Rice, John Elway, and Troy Aikman were sitting in a deli case at a deli counter in a grocery store. A couple came to the stand and ordered some Rice and Favre. The couple is shown wheeling Favre in a shopping cart to the checkout stand where the clerk yells out "price check on Favre!"
