How much should a hamster exercise each day because my hamster is energetic and always loves to play in its wheel and in its ball so should he exercise per day and for how long?

As long as a hamster has a wheel in its cage it can exercise when it wants to. You can also put it in its ball for around 15 minutes each day for additional exercise.

great answer but what i dont get is that i have 2 wheels and a ball bu only actually fills them up with sawdust and goes in its ball instead what should i do if he only goes in his ball? should i give him more excercise?
