How were the two princes murdered in the tower?

They were murdered. Most sources say that they were suffocated by feather beds (pillows). However some other sources say that they were drowned in wine OR poisoned with a venomous potion.

Some sources also say that Miles Forest and John Dighton were the murders whereas others say that it was Sir James Tyrell.
