How do you make shortcake?

I am making shortcake now actually.

You will need....

125g butter

55g caster suger

180g plain flour

Mix all ingredients together to make a soft dough. Cut into any shape you like and place on a baking tray. Leave for 15-20 Minutes, And there you have it, a shortcake!
