My daughter went to her elementary school and volunteered as a teachers aid for the kindergarden class for 2 weeks. You can also read to young readers in similar schools. (You can NOT volunteer in a school if you have been charged with a criminal offence) If that does not interest you, then you may try parks and rec when the do their spring litter clean up. That is a wonderful way to help clean up our city and get your volunteer hours.
