My perception on life is that it is an emotional roller coaster. everyone you simply just wants to be happy. But happiness is temporary. Just like being hungry. So live life with all the struggles it gives and you even tho it can be very hard at time.

This might not make a whole lot of sense to some people, but just hear me out and you might see the reasoning in this.
There are a lot of people all over the world (including me) who have experienced a phenomenon called "Spiritual Awakening". Prior to this Awakening I was an atheist.
Many psychologists and experts are still unsure of why so many people are suddenly coming to this same realization (most without any prior knowledge to the phenomenon).
The primary basis that those who experienced this Awakening have come to understand is that there is something called "Universal Consciousness" or "Oneness". All living things are connected to this force and their individual consciousness are merged to unify it.
Some call this force the "Universal Consciousness", others call it a "Spirit" and some just call it "God". However, it should be noted that this connective energy is not any God found within our religions. It is simply a divine energy of perfect balance that comes to experience itself and create its own self-awareness through life and through us.
It is important to note that according to some Quantum Physics experts, it is believed that this Universal Consciousness travels and exists on a vibrational level. Some have even suggested that it travels on the Theta vibrational levels, though obviously this is just a theory.
What isn't a theory, though, is that humans do indeed create their own form of vibrations that scientists say are just about as unique to each individual as a fingerprint.
Now, personally, I believe that life is a manifestation of this energy and that living bodies are simply "biological machines" (if you will) that are perfectly designed to correlate with these vibrations. I believe that the purpose of life is to generate as many positive vibrations as possible to stimulate higher learning and benefit the collective.
When our bodies and minds are not in tune with these vibrations, I believe that this contributes to much of our stress, anxiety, illness, confusion and pain in our lives. Furthermore, when we allow negativity to vibrate from us, we throw those around us off of their own vibrations.
So, in conclusion, were each of us to look at our actions and emotions as truly having a impact upon not just ourselves but every single person around us, then it would only seem logical to try to send out more positive vibrations than negative to keep ourselves in tune.
Looking even deeper than that, the negative action of even just one person, when collected with the negativity of others, can greatly impact everyone. At the moment, our society and many of our lives are tuned into the negative vibrations of greed, anger and fear. This causes much of our misery in life.
I hope this makes sense to you. It's rather hard to explain.
